9.1 Refunds terms and conditions
Exchanges are not possible on the online boutique. The Client has the possibility to exchange in a boutique only if he/she has placed his/her order choosing the Click&Collect delivery mode (in-store delivery). Exchanging in a shop is not possible for any other delivery modes. If you need a different size or article, we kindly invite you to follow the return procedure as explained below, and to place a new order.
In the specific case of Click&Collect (in-shop) deliveries, the customer may exchange the ordered Product(s) directly in one of Figaret Paris’ boutiques for (a) Product(s) of equivalent price (outside of promotional offers or sale). If the Product(s) is (are) exchanged against a Product(s) of lower price (outside of promotional offers or sale), then the Client will receive store credit corresponding to the price difference between the two. If the Product(s) is (are) exchanged against a Product(s) of higher price (outside of promotional offers or sale), then the Client shall pay the price difference between the two. The Client disposes of 30 days from the day of pick-up from the shop to exchange upon compulsory presentation of the confirmation email.
In case the Product(s)’ return is decided by Figaret Paris, return fees are born by the Site (refunded according to Colissimo Access’ rate scale).
9.2 Return terms
- RIGHT TO CANCEL
Based on article L.121-21-2 of the French Consumer Code, the Client has the right to cancel or partially or fully return his/her order within 14 days from the day of delivery.
The Product(s) must be returned in original condition and original packaging and the Client must follow the return process defined in the return section of the Site.
The return shipping costs are at the Client’s expense and, and no ‘payment upon receipt’ package will be accepted. The associated risks of shipping a return package are also borne by the Client.
In agreement with article L.121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, the right of cancellation is non-applicable in the case of (a) Product(s) specifically designed or highly customized for the Client.
If all abovementioned conditions are met, the Site will refund the Client all fees except the return fees. For operational reasons, the refund will be processed within 14 days following the date of reception of the return goods. In case any gift was offered with the purchase, the Client commits himself/herself to returning it with the Product(s). Alternatively, the gift will be charged to the Client.
