You have a withdrawal period of 14 days to return the products you ordered and receive a refund.

To return your package, be sure to use the printed return label included in your package. Don't forget to include the duly completed returns form with your shipment.

Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be made within 14 days of the date of receipt of the returned goods.

Return procedure - European Union (Outside mainland France)

You have a withdrawal period of 14 days to return the products you ordered and receive a refund.

Please note that return costs are your responsibility. Parcels sent postage collect will not be accepted.
